TIME SORCERERS Grimoire is a sophisticated handheld device used by many Alpha and Beta Quadrant races. The tricorder is designed as a portable sensing, data analysis, and data communications device, with many specialized abilities which make it an asset to crews aboard starships and space stations as well as on away missions. It can also call up wormhole portals and activate other simular devices.

Time Sorcerers capable of a manipulating the forces of magic for a great many abilities such as astral projection, telepathy, hypnotism, mesmerism, thought-casting, illusion-casting, and several otherswith the spells contained with the Grimoire Test Book, added their own abilities of course. Book of the Ancients, which contains some of the multiverse's most powerful and secret spells and counter-spells. It contains many spells of defensive magic, and is itself indestructible. Time Sorcerers Grimoire is the greatest known source of so called "white"magical knowledge on the Earth of the Maveric Universe dimension or multiverse. It techniques, blueprints of ancient ships and histories of the universe or multi universe.Similar to the Great Book of Time,to which it is linked to.Also see Book of Time.

Software exists to make hand-held devices simulate a tricorder. Examples include Jeff Jetton's Tricorder - 2.0 for the PalmPilot and the "genuine Tricorder from Elegant Solutions" for the Pocket PC. There is considerable interest in developing real portable analysers which could behave like a tricorder.

Tricorder 12.5.12GeorgeTakeiByLuigiNovi10.jpg Actor George Takei autographing a tricorder at Midtown Comics in Manhattan. Plot element from the Star Trek franchise First appearance Star Trek: The Original Series Created by Gene Roddenberry Genre Science fiction In-story information Type Sensor Affiliation Starfleet Three primary variants of the tricorder appear in Star Trek, issued by the fictional organization Starfleet. The standard tricorder is a general-purpose device used primarily to scout unfamiliar areas, make detailed examination of living things, and record and review technical data. The medical tricorder is used by doctors to help diagnose diseases and collect bodily information about a patient; the key difference between this and a standard tricorder is a detachable hand-held high-resolution scanner stored in a compartment of the tricorder when not in use. The engineering tricorder is fine-tuned for starship engineering purposes. There are also many other lesser-used varieties of special-use tricorders. The word "tricorder" is an abbreviation of the device's full name, the "TRI-function reCORDER", referring to the device's primary functions: sensing, computing, and recording.

A grimoire (Template:IPAc-en Template:Respell) is a textbook of magic, typically including instructions on how to create magical objects like talismans and amulets, how to perform magical spells, charms and divination, and how to summon or invoke supernatural entities such as angels, spirits, and demons.[1] In many cases, the books themselves are believed to be imbued with magical powers, although in many cultures, other sacred texts that are not grimoires (such as the Bible) have been believed to have supernatural properties intrinsically. In this manner, while all books on magic could be thought of as grimoires, not all magical books should be thought of as grimoires.[2]

While the term grimoire is originally European and many Europeans throughout history, particularly ceremonial magicians and cunning folk, have made use of grimoires, the historian Owen Davies noted that similar books can be found all across the world, ranging from Jamaica to Sumatra.[3] He also noted that in this sense, the world's first grimoires were created in Europe and the Ancient Near East.[4]
